name that bird?????

While getting some R and R for a few days, I am wondering if any of you can name this different kind of bird on the cable by our house?

You can see the mist of the morning on the lake too! This bird came for about a month to the lake recently and every morning it sat on the cable ---- we cannot seem to identify it even with Hilary and Babi's great bird book they gave us!!

I know this is not a great pic but this is as close as I could get without scaring it!! So go ahead and guess away!! And time for some fall rest and renewing~~
